At Tony Ringtail’s 2011 Memorial Day barbecue in West Windsor, NJ.

This setup has everything. Grills, prep tables, coolers, hot pots, ingredients, salsa made on the spot, burgers, grilled veggies, grilled pineapple, shiny utensils and pans, a good arrangement… THIS is a barbecue.

Pineapple, pepperoni, hot capicolla ham, mozzarella, meatballs, jalapeño, and garlic.

At Filomena’s Pizzeria in Manchester, CT.

Coyoty eats a grilled hanger steak with a Bad Wolf.

At NIXS in Hartford, CT.


Grilled hanger steak with “spicy chimichurri sauce, spicy aioli, garlicky French fries”, roasted red peppers, and watercress with balsamic dressing. The fries tasted very good with the dressing on them.


Bad Wolf: “Redemption Rye Whiskey, Honey Simple Syrup, Fresh Orange, Meyer’s Lemon Juice”. Very tasty.
